National Sour Beer Day
12 PM - CLOSE
SaltWater Brewery - Reef Room
Come join us in Celebration of Wild Ales on "Sour Beer Day"!
The term "Sour" relates to the flavors that the Wild Yeast strains produce in these Tart, and sometimes Sour concoctions! However just "Sour" does not give them enough credit!
We will be releasing 2 Wild Beers this day! Both tart and some would consider quite sour!
"Wild Seas Batch #2": We used Stinger DIPA and Screamin Reels for the base beer of this Wild ale that has been fermenting and aging in our original house sour Barrels for over 6 MONTHS.
"Wild" 64 oz to Freedom: We took our recent collaboration with Native Brewing Co. (Belgian Wit, w/Blueberries and Raspberries) and filled our Soured red wine barrels with it! The result is a tart, fruity refreshing wild ale.
"Wild Seas Batch #1" : Belgian Style Dubbel fermented in wild oak barrels, blended with our regular Begian style Dubbel for a smooth, balanced, tart, dark and malty blended Wild ale.
STAY TUNED FOR TREATMENTS OF THESE BEERS AS WELL!!
